HOW WE CAN HELP

If you're reading this, then the odds are that you're having a bad day, a horrible day, or maybe even the worst day of your life.  We understand this, and we're here to help.  The good news is that, since you are reading this, you've taken the first step and decided to do something about your situation.  Talking with an attorney is the best way to ensure that you know your rights and your interests are protected.

A lot of situations arise where you might need an attorney.  That’s life.  You may have driven after having one too many.  Your former spouse might not be paying child support.  You, or a loved one, may be in dire health and you need a will, or a power of attorney.  Maybe you own a small business, or want to, and don’t know where to start.  These are the kinds of issues that we can help you with.

S

The courthouse can be a scary place.  There is a reason that Lady Justice above is usually depicted this way.  Some people get the scales, and some people get the sword.  It isn't always fair or just.  Neither is life.  Having an attorney on your side, who can help guide you through the process, may give you a little peace of mind.  If you believe that you might need some help, guidance or counsel, contact us to schedule a consultation.

ATTORNEY PROFILE

A short message from the Attorney about the Attorney- because we love to hear ourselves talk.

Hello.  I'm Mike and I'm glad you found your way here.  It'd be foolish to hire an attorney without knowing something about them first, and it's nice to know that you're not foolish.  So, here's a little bit about me.

Born and raised in the Lowcountry, I've never had any desire to leave my home and the community that I love.  I am a proud member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge #2719 in Charleston.  As a business owner before I became an attorney, I learned the principles of diligence, integrity and a strong work ethic that are so important to me.  Even away from the office, I still see most every phone call and email, and try to respond as promptly and respectfully as I would like someone to treat me.

I've lived all over the Charleston area, but my family and I currently reside in Berkeley County.  When I am able, I enjoy spending time with my family, avoiding mowing the lawn, yelling at someone to clean his room, or fishing in Bonneau.
